This Nano is a 2 bedroom home of approximately 76m2 with a 40m2 footprint on the ground, making it ideal for very small lots or as a secondary dwelling. It has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area on the ground floor with a small walk in pantry/laundry combo that fits cleverly under the stairs.
An undercover deck off the living area makes the most of the views and pleasant Brisbane climate. Upstairs, Nano has a main bedroom with a large robe. The small second bedroom is ideal as a study, guest or children’s bedroom.
A generous bathroom decked out with beautiful tiles and an oversized shower gives this little house a luxury feel while the raked ceilings upstairs make Nano feel a lot bigger than it is.
