The moment we walked into Sally's display home we were blown away. The sense of warmth, light and openness that comes from the passive solar design and high ceilings just feels so nurturing, and the layout is spacious and luxurious. As ex-apartment dwellers, we can't believe this counts as small space living! Being first-time builders we were quite nervous about the process but Sally's approach is always calm and reassuring. She helped us make adjustments to the design that would suit our lifestyle and the site orientation. The result is a home that feels effortless to live in, and that we are in love with.

Small Change Design made a big change in my life as I am now the owner of a fabulous one bedroom plus loft home that is 7.1 stars with great energy savings and security. The whole journey has been an exciting adventure for me and Sally has supported and guided me throughout while delivering a very creatively designed home full of sun ,soaring ceilings and lots of storage. It feels like a palace to me.

Over summer, the house stayed really cool. It was really only late arvo that sometimes I needed to put the cooler on and that was mostly due to my dog not coping with the heat, I was actually very comfortable with just the overhead fan on to circulate the air. Now that we're in the cooler months (snowed just up the road yesterday!) the house stays really warm. Overall the house is great, the size is perfect for me and I love the layout, everything flows really well.
